Support and Maintenance Policy

All our customers receive Support in the use of our tools. It is our policy to support the current version and  the previous version.

Customers can use the Online Help Centre to send queries to our Customer Service staff.

While we will support two versions, we only maintain the current version except in exceptional circumstances.

Similar to the GRAPHISOFT ArchiCAD cycle we normally release 3-4 hotfixes per year.
