Pricing Policy
Our pricing policy ensures development effort required for each tool is balanced with delivering value for money to our customers.
Bundle Pricing
Our bundle pricing system allows customers to receive discounts for purchasing multiple products in a single transaction. The more products you buy the bigger the discount as follows:

The system will automatically calculate these discounts when you order on line.
Site License Pricing
While you likely use ArchiCAD every day we know that you won't necessarily use all our products every day. Therefore we discount for multiple license purchases of the same product because it is far more practical from a user perspective if all users have access to our products on all workstations.
The following is our Site License Price Structure:

| 2nd - 5th Licenses | 20% |
| 6th - 9th Licenses | 40% |
| 10th License Upwards | 60% |
The system will automatically calculate these discounts when you order on line or you can use our calculate prices using our price list.
Upgrade Pricing
Upgrades are typically priced at 25% of the SRP for a single step (ie v13 to v14) Upgrade.
Upgrades of two or more steps (ie v12 or earlier to v14) are priced at 37.5% of the SRP (ie a 50% loading on the single upgrade price.)
